[Phoneutria is feeling a little dead.

He's hiding from the rest of the world in the very back corner of the café (where the NPCs are giving him a wide berth), drinking some sort of tea thing and exuding waves of pure discontent. In other words, he's more like Season 3 Hell Kaiser than he's ever been.
